It all began with the innocent thought of proving high-quality meat to friends and family.

It became apparent that many meat connoisseurs were not able to get quality meat from their local butcher shops with the same consistency and quality.

Many whom are not able to get the transparency of knowing exactly where their meat source came from.

We saw the opportunitity to do better and through T.O.B we are able to communicate and sell directly to the meat connoisseurs
